Wrong person: Asking the wrong person. With your medical history your extractions should be scheduled with a specialist, an Oral Surgeon, rather than a generalist. All prescription & OTC Meds, vitamins, supplements, & homeopathic remedies should be written down and presented to the specialist in advance of your surgery. This list, coupled w your pre-surgical examination, is required to answer your question.
