1-6 weeks: Due to the half life of the drug, valium may be able to be detected in the urine for 1-6 weeks. The more chronic the use, the longer it is able to be detected. It is possible that the single valium was detected 2 weeks later; however, be sure to open up communication as to whether he is or has experimented otherwise. Good time to have a connected talk!
