No difference : Most urine drug screens would only show benzodiazepines and not differentiate between the two. A more definitive and expensive test such as gas chromatography and mass spectrometry would show them separately.

It depends: if the test is done on a rapid read cup it will only show for benzos. If it is sent to the labs for a confirmation they will test and break it down to the specific benzo like Xanax (alprazolam) or Valium and its metabolites.
