quitting marijuana, and really trying to get off valium. been on benzos for 3 years, at 12.5mg val. a day. can i take l-theanine and melatonin to help?

Get supervision: You are trying to change lots of things at the same time which seems like a positive step. However, if you have been taking Valium consistently for three years, you want to go off with a doctor's help. Stopping abruptly could lead to other problems, among them seizures. The supplements that you mentioned can be helpful, but not in place of supervision.
