Agoraphobia: is the name of a generalized fear of leaving your comfort zone, which can be your house. Please look into getting some mental health support. A Health Tap virtual consult is one possibility, or a HT Inbox consult. This is a treatable condition, or you may have another, but there are lots of reasons to hope. Peace and good health. None of us is totally safe but we may reasonable choices.

House bound anxiety: There could be a variety of reasons why you are consumed enough with anxiety to be home bound; agoraphobia, social anxiety, etc. you need to make an apt with a licensed psychologist to diagnose and treat your anxiety. There are good treatment options but you must get to treatment. Regularly schedule a friend or family member to take to you to your appts. So you can get the help you need.
