A 33-year-old female asked:

History of anxiety and weekend binge drinking for ~9 years. no daily drinking. blood work normal for last 5 years. became a parent and now only 3-5 drinks per week. can i continue to drink moderately or did i have already done permanent damage?

Not feasible to comment on whether there is any damage from your prior drinking. Suggest you discuss this with your doctor. The blood tests are reassuring but may not fully evaluate internal organs, such as liver, pancreas, kidney. Obtain your doctor's opinion regarding alcohol in your specific case.
