Hi there, since childhood i have had worry/anxiety around bedtime. when my parents were away, i would be awake or wake up during the night until i knew they were back home. now my partner and i work different schedules with him not coming home until late at night. im having the same issues with falling and staying asleep until he gets home safely. are there any recommendations on insomnia directly related to worrying? any assistance would be helpful. bedtime anxiety affecting sleep quality?
