A member asked:

What is the normal heart rate for a 50 years?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

60-100: Generally a normal resting heart rate would be between 60-100, but truly in the 50's would still be fine, especially if you are active. And while the definition for "too fast" is > 100, it may be unusual to be in the 90's when completely at rest. Depends on the circumstances
