Depends on what u r: Depending on what you were doing, these cd be normal readings. Did u just get home or come back from a walk, exercise, climbing stairs, etc.? Were u resting for 5 minutes before ur dad took these readings? Were u at all worried? (What was ur dad taking ur pulse for?). A normal, resting (5 minute cool-down) recumbent heart rate is between 60 & 100 bpm. But the heart adapts depending on situation!
