Heart rate: Such rise in the heart rate at your age is not normal. With exercise, the heart rate increases ubt not with mild form of activities. You may have anxiety which can lead to high heart rate even while sitting such as driving. Or if your body is not used to any activity and you ahve a sedentary life style and are overweight etc, your heart rate may increase with minimal activity. Please see a doctor.
