Wasp allergy: Worsening symptoms over days after sting means you have an allergy. Important to observe for breathing problems-- severe allergy & would need hospital. Continue the ibuprofen consistently to help. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) will help with swelling and itching. it i hasn't improved, a prescription for a steroid will help significantly. (* you will likely react similarly, or even more severely with next sting.)

See ur MD &Allergist: see your doctor first to check if it is infected and needs Rx medications, better have a prescription for an epinephrine injection to keep handy in case of re-exposure and a more severe reaction.A visit to an allergist/immunologist would be important later for evaluation and testing, you may be a candidate for desensitization which will help protect you later, check aaaai.org/acaai.org 4 an allergist
