See MD : See your doctor immediately. Steroids, antihistamines to decrease the reaction and itching and possibly some antibiotics if any infection present. Meanwhile, Take Benadryl for the itch

Try antihistamine: Consider taking AH up to 4 x daily of necessary. Topical anti-itch lotion may help. For severe cases, a short course of steroid may be needed. This is not an anaphylactic reaction however,
