My hand hurts whenever i put pressure on it on my last two fingers right above my nuckle on my fingers are swollen should i get an x ray!?

You should get: Evaluated by a physician who may need an xray as part of the evaluation but just dont just get an x-ray to look for a injury. There are many soft tissue issues such as infection, tenosynovitis, gout, inflammatory disorders that may not show up in an x-ray. So get seen to rule out other non boney causes.
