Yes, but only dark..: The answer is yes, but i strongly advise dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids. Dark chocolate is actually good for you- the flavonoids are great antioxidants good for heart health.The benefits of the cocoa outweigh the harm of the sugars in dark chocolate.But milk chocolate has too much sugar ¬ enough antioxidants to balance the sugar, & that much sugar might interfere with weight loss.
