Cut back on portions: It is hard to find the actual nutrition content on the web for Fit Chef foods as they focus on healthy foods and not on total calories. Average wt loss per this site: https://orders.fitchef.co.za/assets/Fitchef.pdf is 4.27 kg for men and 0.44 kg for women. I recommend eating the foods but cutting back on portion sizes. Sometimes varying the exercise or harder several times a week works too.
