I'v lost 15lbs(218->203) since april end. only changed my diet to more homemade food. low sugar &oil/fat, good curb, fiber & protein, no greasy/spicy food or drink outside. no major fatigue. hb-14. have gerd. bowl regular. is this wt loss concerning?

Not really: Is only 7% of body wt over the course of 4 months. You seem to be doing it the right way by having a balanced diet of protein, fats, carbs, etc and a slow but steady approach. They say slow and steady wins the race. Keep up the good work!
