I'v lost 14-15 lbs in last 14 weeks. i've only stopped eating fast food/greasy/fried food & red meat. eating homely food -low fat/oil, moderate curb & veg protein & good fibre. is this wt loss good or due to serious disease? no major fatigue.hb 14.

Weight loss: First I commend you on your weight-loss. In addition what you are doing is the necessary steps for weight loss, reducing fat suit reducing hi greasy foods cleaning your diet. Losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week is actually an adequate goal and I think you're on target keep it up.

These changes: in your diet can easily explain your weight loss! Its just a little "fast" Time to consult with a nutritionist if weight loss continues. In the meantime increase your consumption of HEALTHY foods ....to level out.. BTW you haven't disclosed your actual weight and this is IMPORTANT! in deciding your next "step" BE WELL DR Z
