Weight loss: First I commend you on your weight-loss. In addition what you are doing is the necessary steps for weight loss, reducing fat suit reducing hi greasy foods cleaning your diet. Losing about 1 to 2 pounds a week is actually an adequate goal and I think you're on target keep it up.

These changes: in your diet can easily explain your weight loss! Its just a little "fast" Time to consult with a nutritionist if weight loss continues.
