Might: Would not have anything to do with asthma.Should not be a problem if you use a full face mask and a machine with a humidifier. If not you are likely drying out your mouth/lips.

Not asthma: Not due to asthma. Likely fit of CPAP mask. Ask your sleep doctor for recommendations.
