CPAP a must: If you have sleep apnea, CPAP is essential. If your asthma is not under control , you need to talk to your doctor about getting the right mix of medications. CPAP with humidified air should not make your asthma worse.

See your doctor: You have a CPAP machine, you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea which can be life threatening. Not wearing your CPAP is endangering your life. As you are aware, your airway closes during the night while asleep. Many people don't like using a CPAP and there is an alternative that is recognized as a viable option. An oral appliance can be made for you by a dentist that has expertise in sleep apnea
