Possibly: If you have the correct night appliance such as an nti made by a specially trained dentist you could protect your lips and teeth and still use your cpap.

Probably: You might be able to wear any type of form fitting mouth guard that allows the capp machine to fit correctly. Maybe even an athletic guard.
