I had a chalazion surgery about two months ago however the chalazion is still there. i've tried warn compresses repeatedly and nothing seems to work.

Recheck with eyedoc: Some chalazia are multi loculated so that your ophthalmologist may have cleaned out the larger one but simply missed the smaller one. A few will reseal and collect the debris and form another chalazion. Since these are benign, you can have another removal or simply ignore a small residual chalazion if that is all that is left. If in doubt , check with your ophthalmologist.
