My daughter had a appendectomy for a ruptured appendix that was ruptured, it has been 28 day postop and she still has cramping and pain?

Complication: It is not unusual for the intestines to form sticky patches (adhesions) after such an event. This can lead to variable symptoms as you describe. You may want to call the surgeon's office and schedule a followup evaluation. Evaluation can eliminate some of the more worrisome processes this could be.
