A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ovarian tumor ?'s: Mucinous "borderline" ovarian tumors which rupture may spread disease to other organs. At age 41, many surgeons would now recommend hysterectomy and removal of the other ovary, in addition to an omentectomy. Your condition may be monitored by future CA-125 testing or other cancer detection monitors. See a gyn oncologist for consultation.
