I have benign, frequent pacs/pvcs. have tried several beta blockers. currently deciding between bisopropol or bystolic (nebivolol). which would be most effective ?

No way to: tell in advance which beta blocker will be more effective! Follow the lead of your treating physician and give each medication the right trial time and dosage!
BTW "beta" blockers also vary in SIDE EFFECTS so follow your prescriber's instructions to the letter!
