Can taking beta-blockers like metoprolol, bystolic, (nebivolol) and atenolol affect if your trying to make an effort to grow taller at 18? im taking pills.

Meds & growth.: It's unusual for someone of your age to be on a beta-blocker. Some medications can affect growth, but at age 18 you may have achieved your maximal height even without the medication.

Don't: Self medicate, don't take beta blockers without prescription and doctor's supervision, and don't take two beta blockers at the same time, these medicines are no joke
