Invisalign Sequence: The new tray must fit perfectly onto your dentition, otherwise it will not work properly. If it does not work properly, that small error will be passed on and magnified for every successive tray. Let your treating dentist take a look.. it only takes a minute... and you may prevent the need to manufacture an entire new set of trays.

No: Trays are computer calibrated to achieve a programmed amount of movement before stepping into the next tray. If a tray's specific end results are not achieved, the entire sequence can be thrown off, resulting in overall ineffective corrections. Have your Dentist or (hopefully) Orthodontist reorder the broken tray. Step back into proper sequencing once the new tray is delivered.
