Pain: It would be a good idea to repeat your bloodwork including a CBC with diff, CMP, lipase, urinalysis with culture. Consider a CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis as well. See a doctor. There is always a reason why there is pain, even when tests are normal. See another doctor in person if your current doctor can't give you answers.
