May be : I wonder if you are referring to poor gallbladder emptying, measured by a hida scan. Sometimes a person has poor emptying and no stones. It this situation, it is possible to have sludge in the gallbladder that does not show up on an ultrasound. But it still can be associated with symptoms. Talk with your doctor, and good luck.
