Not sure...: A 8-mm stone could be still watched and see how it may move as long as being tolerable and having no rare superimposed infection above obstructing stone. In general, the odd to pass a 4-mm stone through ureter to bladder is about 75-85 %, but it does not mean a smaller stone will always pass or a bigger stone will never pass.
