Small chance: A 9 mm stone in the ureter has a small chance of passing, about 10%. It also depends on where in the ureter the stone is. The ureter is the smallest portion of the tract so if you are able to pass the stone through the ureter, you should be able to pass it through the urethra without difficulty.
