I had a kidney stone before but it was passed before 10days, but there is slightly pain left in my kidney or may b in ureter. i don't knw the reason ?

Stone: I would suggest a urinalysis and an exam to make sure you don't have a UTI. You may need an X-ray to make sure it's not a new or residual stone. Also you should have a CT Urogram or IVP if you've never had one to make sure there are no anatomical issues.
