Probably: As Urologist, we say 5 mm stones on the move will likely pass. 8mm will probably need help. Your Urologist may want to try Flomax (tamsulosin) for a week or so which relaxes the muscles. If the stone does not pass in 3-4 weeks... Best for cystoscopic removal... Laser, stone basket ETC.
