That's not passing.: A stone that large will predictably NOT pass if it decides to try to leave your kidney. It WILL get stuck. You should visit with a Urologist now and discuss treatment options.

May wait and see...: Kidney stone is formed and attached to the tips of the papilla of calyx. If not detached, such a stone may grow to a size >10-20 mm, and the patient may remain asymptomatic; if detached and dropping into ureter, stone-related symptoms begin with wide degree of intensity.
