Diet exercise : It is very difficult to set up a routine in your diet and exercise. Keeping a journal can be helpful. Many apps are available like myfitnesspal for smartphones. Having a buddy to work out/eat with, can also help you maintain a routine. It takes our bodies about 2 weeks to develop a new habit. Like getting up early, you will be cranky for 2 weeks until you get used to your diet and exercise plan
