Walk every chance: Truck drivers have a hard time finding healthy food and getting enough exercise. Stop every 2-3 hours, walk for 10-30 minutes (even if it's only around your rig) and do stretches to keep the blood moving. Get some exercise bands for strength training. Some trucking companies have wellness programs for drivers on the road. Also cut down on fried food and portion sizes if you need to lose weight.

Survival kit: Make up a travel kit to help you stay healthy. Pack protein bars, raw nuts, dried fruits, dark chocolate and a good multivitamin. Bring olive oil, vinegar and hot sauce to make the food you buy on the road tastier. Notice which foods make you feel heavy or sleepy and which give you energy. Choose the latter ones. Bring a jump rope and jump outside every chance you get.
