Weight gain: Fruits and veggies have lots of carbs st about 4 cal/gm. They don't have much fat except for avocado. Fats have caloric content of about 9 cal/gm (2x as much). You should try to eat a balanced diet and exercise though not too vigorously and you'll gain.
