1 ounce/day: Nuts and seeds are great to add to a weight loss plan. Realize that one ounce of nuts is 200 calories. One ounce of nuts a day is all you need for protein, unsaturated fat. Take into account the calories from the nuts and seeds when you do eat them. They are healthy foods and should be a part of everyones plan.
