Many say yes: Kefir contains natural robotics which help to establish, support, and nourish the body friendly bacteria. The average person has 3 pounds of bacteria in and on them . Usually we live in balance with these, but some times 'bad' bacteria get inside us, upset that balance and make us sick. With fruit it tastes good too!
