Helicobacter pylori: did they test you for helicobacter pylori..? sounds like you have mild gastritis and h. pylori infection. you will need antibiotics and anti-ulcer meds if H. pylori is positive.

On my colon biopsy it shows benign colonic mucosa with moderately increased chronic inflammation in the lamina propria with an increase in lymphoid aggregates. The report also says no evidence of IBD or microscopic colitis. Is this a normal finding?
