My colonoscopy microscopic diagnosis: transverse colon polyp biopsy: polypoid colonic mucosa with mild nonspecific chronic inflamation...what is this?
On my colon biopsy it shows benign colonic mucosa with moderately increased chronic inflammation in the lamina propria with an increase in lymphoid aggregates. The report also says no evidence of IBD or microscopic colitis. Is this a normal finding?

I recently had a uterine biopsy done, and my results were inconclusive. I am a post menopausal woman, and my results did say something about "suggestive pyometra". Is this cause for concern? Also, I think I may have polyps. Please advise, and thanks?
