I had an endoscopy done today and they found a few less than 5 mm sessile polyps in gastric fundus. doctor said may be due to omeprazole but ive only been on it for 5 days. nervously awaiting biopsy results- what is likelihood they are cancerous?

Sessile polyps of this small size are considered low risk for cancer. I don't think 5 days of taking omeprazole plays any role in the development of your colon polyps.
