Dog issues: I would wash them in soapy water and rinse them off. Simple mechanical cleaning with water will remove any surface debris and germs. If you are concerned, you could final rinse them with any high proof 100 or higher alcohol and then water. Good luck

Retainers: Soak in 1 part chlorine bleach, 3 parts water, for an hour, then rinse thoroughly with plain water. Make appointment with the Dentist or Orthodontist to check fit...even if they feel ok there may b3 a problem. Keep retainer's out of dog's reach. Best place is in your mouth.
