If you have to do your laundry outside your house, you better wait at least 5 days since the time you had the first symptom. Between day 6th to day 10th you should wear a N-95 mask or 2 surgical masks and use gloves when you go to the laundromat. You do not need to do any disinfectant, the laundry detergent and hot water kill covid-19 virus. Your house's environment should be safe after 10 days.
