You should go: to emergency dept immediately, because it sounds like infection is not controlled with amoxicillin. You might need to take different antibiotic, even IV antibiotic, and even need emergency surgery.

Get help immediately: The infection is overwhelming the antibiotic. You need immediate help, and probably more hands-on treatment than just pills. Please see a specialist Oral Surgeon immediately.
