The swelling is normal after two extractions. Place ice pack over area and continue antibiotic. Contact your dentist for further advice, I'm sure you were told of possible after effects, no need to go to hospital. No bleeding or pain is a good sign.

If they were difficult extractions and/or the tissue around the teeth was inflamed, the swelling is perfectly normal. Continue the antibiotics and contact his dentist for a post operative follow up.
