See oral surgeon: You should see an oral surgeon now. They will take a panoramic x-ray to see beyond the tooth area. Although you may not feel any symptoms, things are not normal. Facial swelling can be very serious and can worsen very fast. Your problem could be any number of things from parotid gland swelling to wisdom tooth infection to an as yet to be diagnosed tumor. Go now.
