How much can i trust a nuclear stress test? i'm still worried my arteries might be clogged. ekg during it said "st depression possible", but negative?

Tests: All tests have their situational sensitivity and specificity. In the usual 26y/o it is not likely to have serious vascular obstruction. Choosing a test in this situation has to be done with this in mind as well as the risks vs benefits of the test. Discuss with your Doctor.

History of PVCs, Few a day nothing extreme. Had echo, ekg, stress test, holster. They found PVCs and j point depression during test. I was just now sitting and noticed multiple PVCs in a row. Can it be NSVT? This is the 2nd time its happened in a yr?
If during an acute tachycardia episode with chest pain & SOB, EKG shows increase in PWA, prolonged P-wave duration, and ST depression, but EKG returns to normal after the episode. Do I still need to be concerned? Is this just stress or something more?
Did a stress test today, results says ischemia is positive during EKG, 1mm ST segment depression. 4 duke treadmill score. But no arrhythmias or chest pain and functional capacity is good. What does this mean? Im already on statin and metoprolol?
