"Premature ventricular contractions" (PVC's) are common at all ages, and can occur more frequently with stress, anxiety or hard exercise. Ventricular tachycardia can be a sign of heart disease, but at age 21, it is not likely unless you have a congenital heart condition. Get a referral to a cardiologist at UVM school of medicine for appropriate evaluation of your condition.
