Probably not needed: The best minerals and vitamins are the ones you get from food. That might be all that you need. Thus, a balance, healthy diet is the best way to go. That being said, if you take too much vitamins, unless it's vitamin a, d, e, k, you should be fine as you will pee off the excess.
