Not likely: These are too small to have much significance, i'd look for another cause.

The uterus is anteverted =12.6 x 7 x 7 cm. Previously the uterus measured 9 x 5 x 4.6 cm. A fundal subserosal fibroid 5.4 x 5.1 x 5.7 cm. A posterior upper to lower uterine subserosal broad = 5.6 x 4.3 x 5.4 cm. The urinary bladder shows distention. ?
