Unlikely: While there should not be any direct link between fibroids, your menstrual period, and crohn's disease flares, it might be difficult to differentiate which condition is responsible for a given symptom. Any of the three mentioned can cause pain, bloating, or cramps. If symptoms are severe enough, it would be worth visiting your health care provider for an opinion about how best to manage symptoms.
